MOUNTAIN MASK cat 1 - SEWN POCKET TO HOLD DISPOSABLE MASK

  • Soft neck warmer (buff) with integrated pocket for a disposable mask 
  • The integration of the disposable mask means you have a flexible nose wire to help hold the neck warmer in place on your nose
  • Can be worn as a regular neck warmer where face masks are not required
  • Comes up large, great for bigger faces, but for smaller faces you may wish to add a stitch in the back for better fit

MOUNTAIN MASK cat 2 - OUR ORIGINAL COMBO

  • Soft neck warmer (buff) sewn to include a two layer fabric face mask
  • The flexible nose clip holds it securely in place
  • 100% cotton two layer face mask with flexible nose wire
  • Washable at 60 degrees these masks are best air dried and ironed

In true WIPEOUT multipurpose form, the Mountain Mask, can also be used as a regular neck warmer when not needed as a face mask!

Delivery

Your order will be dispatched within 24hrs and sent by 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail, depending on your choice at check-out. Our envelopes will fit in a normal letter box, no need to be sent to an office address with reception.

On the rare occasion your order arrives after you have left for your trip, you can send it back to us for a full refund, on your return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us to request a return, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like face masks or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
