WHERE ARE YOU SENDING FROM? Orders via our UK website will be taken in GBP and posted from the UK. Orders via our French website will be taken in EUROS and posted from France
HOW QUICKLY DO YOU POST THE ORDERS? Your order will be dispatched within 24hrs and sent by 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail, depending on your choice at check-out. Our envelopes will fit in a normal letter box, no need to be sent to an office address with reception, or leave special instructions. If any items are out of in stock as part of a mixed order we will send the items we have, and then send the rest as soon as it’s back in stock.
Orders to UK, are sent 1st Class by Royal Mail, which takes 1-2 days max.
International Orders are sent Airmail by Royal Mail, which normally takes 3-5 working days (although sometimes can be longer).
Please note that delivery can take 10 days or more to the Netherlands or any Scandinavian country, we are advised that the issue is locally, and not in UK. Please try to order in plenty of time. Orders to WORLDWIDE, are sent Airmail by Royal Mail, which normally takes 5-7 working days.
WHERE IS MY ORDER? We send out emails at each stage of your order, to confirm it is on its way, if you think an item you have ordered has not been received please don't hesitate to contact us.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS? Shipping starts at £1.50 for delivery to a UK address, the estimated postage charge within the UK is shown in your basket. At check-out you will enter the full delivery address has been entered it will recalculate based on country. It is calculated on the total weight of items in your basket.
ARE ALL ITEMS IN STOCK? Most of the time, all items are in stock. However occasionally we underestimate how popular an item will be and we run out! If this happens, we will notify you immediately by email, and we will let you keep you updated on progress at all times. If on the VERY rare occasion we can’t get your order to you before your trip, we will either offer you a full refund, or arrange for your items to be collected in resort on arrival from a local stockist.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE FAULTY? This is very unlikely to happen, we hope! But, if it does, please contact us straight away and let us know. We can’t be held responsible for the dog chewing your order up on the doormat, but anything which is clearly our fault, we will rectify and replace items immediately.
WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH MY PERSONAL DETAILS? Never ever pass them on to any other company! Our newsletter is used to advise you of new exciting product developments.
