Your order will be dispatched within 24hrs and sent by 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail, depending on your choice at check-out. Our envelopes will fit in a normal letter box, no need to be sent to an office address with reception.

On the rare occasion your order arrives after you have left for your trip, you can send it back to us for a full refund, on your return.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us to request a return, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like face masks or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and refunded on your original payment method.
